Travpick DMC – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and shall be considered confirmed only after payment receipt and written confirmation from Travpick DMC. Quotations, itineraries, calls, emails, or WhatsApp discussions shall not be treated as confirmed bookings.
2. Payment Policy
A minimum advance payment may be required for booking confirmation. Certain services including flights, visas, cruises, peak season bookings, promotional fares, and special events may require 100% advance payment. Full payment must be cleared before vouchers, tickets, or travel documents are released.
3. Group Booking Payment Terms
For group departures, payment schedules shared by Travpick DMC must be strictly followed. Delayed payments may lead to cancellation, inventory release, revised pricing, or loss of booking without liability on Travpick DMC.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges depend entirely on airline, hotel, attraction, transport, cruise, and supplier policies. No-show cases may be treated as fully utilized services and can attract up to 100% cancellation charges. Flights, visa fees, event tickets, promotional bookings, rail passes, and special offers are generally non-refundable.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds shall be processed only after Travpick DMC receives refunds from suppliers. Service fees, bank charges, gateway deductions, supplier penalties, currency conversion losses, and non-refundable components may be deducted. Refund processing timelines may vary.
6. Visa & Travel Documentation
Clients are fully responsible for passport validity, visa requirements, transit permits, vaccinations, and all travel documents. Travpick DMC does not guarantee visa approval and shall not be responsible for any losses due to visa rejection, delays, or immigration decisions.
7. Hotel, Flight & Service Conditions
Hotel check-in/check-out timings, bed preferences, room allocation, flight schedules, baggage policies, and transportation services are controlled by respective suppliers. Travpick DMC shall not be responsible for delays, operational changes, cancellations, or supplier decisions.
8. Sightseeing & Unused Services
Sightseeing schedules may change due to weather, local restrictions, public holidays, operational issues, traffic, maintenance, or force majeure situations. No refund shall be applicable for missed, delayed, or unused services caused by guest actions.
9. Force Majeure
Travpick DMC shall not be responsible for cancellations, losses, delays, itinerary changes, or interruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemics, government actions, political situations, strikes, technical issues, airline disruptions, or events beyond reasonable control.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By making payment, confirming services, approving itineraries, or proceeding with any booking through Travpick DMC, clients confirm they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
